She is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya admitted to the bar in 2015. She is the Managing Partner at Kitoo & Associates Advocates. Mary is also a Certified Secretary and Certified Mediator.
She was appointed to sit in the Tobacco Control Board on 13th July, 2022. She is currently the Vice Chairperson of the Board.
