The Kenya Tobacco Control Board (TCB) is established under Section 5 of the Tobacco Control Act, 2007. This Act is the principal legal instrument that governs tobacco control in Kenya. The establishment of this law was a culmination of a process that started after Kenya ratified the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (WHO FCTC). The TCB is housed under the Ministry of Health.
A wonderful serenity has taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with my whole heart. I am alone, and feel the charm.
